About this Project

Folder Workflow is an application that helps improve customer experience and keep track of their documents in the bank’s files.
Banco Galicia is the third biggest bank in Argentina.

Project idea

  • Improve existing customer’s experience when requesting additional products by avoiding asking them to provide documents the bank already has on file.
  • Keep track of every customer document the bank has and where they are.

Project challenges

  • Corporate management must be able to customize the checklist of required documents for each product with variations depending on specific customer information like marital status, age range, nationality, etc.
  • Provide bank representatives with an easy to use, always up-to-date, centralized application with the checklist of required documents for each product the bank offers, indicating documents the bank already has on file for the specific customer.

Results

  • Our team developed a flexible, friendly and easy to use web application that overcame project challenges.
  • Banco Galicia was satisfied with our work and how we accomplished all project goals.
